Returns

Made to order: each piece is made by hand at our Bates Mills studio in Huddersfield. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be made.

 

Ready made: all orders for items in stock will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days.

All orders are packaged in 100% biodegradable & recyclable packaging printed with eco-friendly inks and shipped with Royal Mail.

​

Alternatively, if you live locally, you are more than welcome to visit the studio and collect your order.

 

Please note: shipping is only available within the UK at the present. But do get in touch at pktclothing@gmail.com if you’d like to discuss shipping further afield.

Returns are available for ready made pieces only. Therefore, please ensure you are happy with sizing, style and fabric choices before purchasing a made-to-order item.

Returns must be received within 7 days from purchase date and items must be unused an un-washed with the original tags in place. We are unable accept returns which do not meet these criteria.

We pride ourselves in producing high quality products, and each item goes through a meticulous inspection process prior to being shipped. However, should you discover a fault, please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss options. We can mend the item, if possible, or offer a refund if deemed eligible.
